Pamper Like Paris: My Dog Is Obsessed

Is the posh dog food inspired by Paris Hilton the right choice for your dog?

If my dog had his way, he’d eat two or three consecutive helpings of Weruva’s Pamper Like Paris dog food. His kangaroo-like attempts to knock Pamper Like Paris cases off the kitchen counter is one hint he likes it. Vigorously licking his bowl after every crumb is devoured is another clue.

The wet dog food, packaged in plastic (Bummer. Why plastic? ) individual cases, smelled fresh. I appreciate its grain-free, carrageenan-free and artificial additive-free ingredients. Since I’m fearful of receiving dog food recalls,  knowing that Pamper Like Paris adheres to strict BRCGS Global Standards for Human Foods, provides peace of mind.

My Dog Loved It — But Here’s Why I Will Only Serve It as An Occasional Treat

From my perspective, Pamper Like Paris dog food is best suited for dogs weighing less than 20 pounds because each portion size is too small for medium-size to large dogs. Cost is a consideration for many dog owners and feeding multiple containers a day is expensive. My dog is medium-sized and I fed him three containers per day. Additionally, lamb is a protein my dog eats quite often and that option is not available.

Every dog has different needs. Pamper Like Paris has a lot of good qualities but it is just not the right fit for my dog’s daily dietary needs.  However, because he is a good dog and loves this  brand, he’ll always have Paris—as a special treat.
