Whet Your Appetite

I happily attest to the fact that the Red Wattle Pork Meatballs are scrumptious, and require talent to be so memorably tasty. Infused with house-made ricotta and pecorino cheese, these meatballs pair well with ‘ino’s creative cocktails, including their refreshing Rhubarb Margarita or the perfectly balanced Smokey Negroni.

‘ino’s Spring Market Salad (spring lettuce, honey vinaigrette, asparagus, spring radish, goat cheese, smoked almonds) is another must-try during summer. Light, healthy, and filling, it’s an ideal warm-weather treat. Sides include Crispy Potatoes (pecorino, rosemary) or the tangy-slightly bitter-wonderful Cime Di Rapa (sauteed broccoli rabe, garlic, olive oil).
Other appetite-whetters include Crispy Mozzarella (prosciutto, pesto, spicy fig mostarda), and Calamari Fritti (citrus butter, pickled onion).
Pasta Dishes to Write Home About

‘ino’s spectacular pasta offerings include Spaghetti Cacio E Pepe (grana padana, pecorino, cracked pepper, olive oil), Agnolotti (smoked ricotta, spring pea, lemon zest, butter). Rigatoni Bolognese Strascicate (ragu of organic beef, veal and proscuitto), Mafaldine (octopus, tomato, chili, capers, bone marrow breadcrumbs), Bucatini (yellow & green zucchini, garlic confit, squash blossom), Gnocchi (lamb ragu, goat cheese & ricotta, fresh lavender).

Entrees That Entice and Sate

The entrees are all enticing. ‘ino offers a solid burger (cotswold cheese, creamed spinach, bone marrow chipollini agridolce, ciabatta roll, crispy russet potatoes). The Heritage Chicken Breast “Diavolo” (honey chili glaze, favas, artichoke, romesco) is an amazing dish and much-recommended for how tender the chicken is as well as how perfectly cooked the fava beans and artichokes are when served. The Porcini Rub Strip Steak (arugula, parmesan, balsami) is another meat-eater’s dream, and fish lovers can revel in the Pan Roasted Branzino Filet (roasted cauliflower, carrot, spinach, bomba sauce).
Perfect-Ending Desserts
Leave some room for dessert, because you absolutely won’t want to miss out on ‘ino’s sweeter offerings that combine the best of Italy with the U.K. in Vanilla Panna Cotta (prosecco, raspberry coulis), Pugliese Bread Pudding (hazelnut gianduja, salted caramel gelato), Sticky Toffee Pudding (butternut squash gelato) and seasonal Gelati & Sorbet. Ino’s mango sorbet with fresh blueberries is truly a gift to your taste buds.
