If it’s five degrees and I am wearing silk, leather, or wool gloves, I have dry cuticles. If it’s 95 and humid, and I am moisturized and SPF’ed, I have dry cutes. If it’s two days post-manicure, I have dry cutes. I use cuticle oil and a thick balm and my cuticle skin is still moisture-starved. I am so glad I found Dazzle Dry’s Mend (Intensive Conditioning Nail + Cuticle Oil) and Maintain (Daily Maintenance Nail + Cuticle Oil). They can be used in concert or a la carte. Both can be used as needed to achieve the desired results and with nail polish and after so they won’t break down your mani!!! I have been using Mend before bed and Maintain through the day and I’m feeling and looking slightly less parched. I am willing to commit to the process to GET there! Nail care is as important as lip care!
