Each Feast features about 2-lbs. each of luscious king salmon and halibut; approximately 3-lbs of delicate spot shrimp (otherwise known as prawns, which are more akin to lobster in taste than your average shrimp), and about 2-lbs of Dungeness crab. These premium and sustainably caught seafood delicacies are paired with artisan sea salt harvested in nearby Sitka Sound from Alaska Pure Sea Salt Company, a small-batch Citrus Mint spice blend from Lemaster Family Kitchen, and a custom salmon pin-bone removing tweezer and guide. Sitka Salmon includes new recipes that incorporate our specially-curated seasonings – tart cherry halibut bruschetta, creamy sage linguine with spot shrimp, or Dungeness crab topped king salmon, for example – which will render this holiday feast just as easy to create as it is delicious.
