Groundbreaking Supplements for Women: Q & A with Luna Aziz Founder of Legendairy Milk

Originally created as a fenugreek-free lactation supplement brand, Legendairy Milk has evolved into a one-stop shop for womanhood offering supplements that cover everything from fertility, breastfeeding support, and general wellness. In my exclusive interview with Founder Luna Aziz she delves into her background, products, and more.

Thank you for joining us. Could you please tell us about yourself and why you decided to start your own supplement brand?

I founded Legendairy Milk after my own experience navigating the physical and emotional demands of early motherhood. Like many women, I quickly realized how underserved the postpartum phase can be, especially when it comes to support beyond just lactation. I wanted to create a brand that helps women feel more supported through recovery and hormonal shifts during this time. Legendairy Milk was built to offer targeted supplements that meet women where they are, with solutions that go beyond a single focus and instead support overall wellbeing. Today our product line spans hair support, hormonal health and even hydration.

What are your top products for new moms?

We offer a range of products designed to support different aspects of postpartum wellness, depending on what each mom needs most. Some of our most popular include:

Pump Princess – A combination of black seed, fennel, and dill to naturally improve milk flow while supporting digestion for both mom and baby.

Liquid Gold – Featuring goat’s rue, milk thistle, and shatavari to boost breast milk supply in a healthy, sugar-free capsule form.

Milkapalooza – Blended with moringa and nettle to quickly and naturally promote milk production while nourishing both mom and baby with essential vitamins and nutrients.

She’s Thirsty – A coconut water electrolyte mix designed for breastfeeding moms to support hydration, milk supply, and steady energy while replenishing essential electrolytes and nutrients.

Mane Event™ – A comprehensive daily beauty supplement formulated to support thicker-looking hair, stronger nails, and more radiant skin, powered by clinically studied ingredients and a multi-collagen complex.

She’s Glowing – Formulated with clinically studied Verisol® collagen peptides with prebiotic fiber to support both skin radiance and gut health in one easy daily supplement. Designed for foundational wellness, it’s a simple way to feel nourished while supporting a healthy glow from within.

We would love to hear what sets your brand apart from others, and what you’re most proud of or excited about.

What sets Legendairy Milk apart is our holistic approach to postpartum wellness. While many brands focus solely on lactation, we’re focused on supporting the full spectrum of what women experience during this phase. From milk supply to recovery, hydration, hormonal balance, and even hair and skin health. I’m most proud of how our products have resonated with our community. Hearing from moms who feel more supported during postpartum is incredibly meaningful. I’m also excited about continuing to expand the conversation around postpartum care and building solutions that truly meet women’s needs.

Beyond our products, community engagement has always been at the heart of Legendairy Milk. As we celebrate our 10th anniversary this April, we are doubling down on education, advocacy, and direct support for new parents. This year, $5 from every order, up to $100,000, will be donated to the Mother’s Milk Bank Austin, helping provide nearly 65,000 life-saving meals for premature and medically fragile infants. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Mother’s Milk Bank, which supports families directly by clearing registries for expecting moms, and engages with our 1M+ strong community on social media to offer guidance, humor, and encouragement. Over the past decade, we have demonstrated that a wellness brand can and should function as a support system first, products second.

Working in the wellness industry for so many years, do you have any health tips or habits that you could share with us?

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that simple habits can make a meaningful difference, especially during postpartum. I always come back to a few core things, prioritizing hydration and making sure you’re getting enough nutrients through both food and supplementation. Postpartum recovery is not something to rush. It’s also important to take a personalized approach. What works for one person may not work for another, so finding what feels right for you is key.

Is there anything else you would like our readers to know?

At Legendairy Milk our goal is to help women feel supported in a way that’s realistic and approachable. Whether that’s through our products, community, or simply helping normalize the ups and downs of womanhood. We want women to know they’re not alone and that taking care of themselves is just as important as taking care of their baby.
