The impetus to forge this fantastic new coffee brand stemmed from a lawsuit in which the founders fought to protect their own creative and intellectual property after a wealthy celebrity needlessly and blatantly stole their idea and made it his own without any attribution, payment, or attaching the founders to the project. The case went all the way to the Supreme Court, the founders lost, but they have something even better that the celebrity will never have: integrity.
