For The Wellness Warrior Who Loves Coffee: The Good Stuff Review

How you start the day can determine how well the rest of the day goes. While coffee in itself is a godsend in liquid form, why not add a little boost? For Wellness started from the idea of utilizing coffee’s inherently helpful qualities and adding support for overall wellness.

The company was founded by pro-golfer Phil Mickelson and performance-expert Dave Phillips to take Dave’s love of coffee and create a solution for Phil’s psoriatic arthritis. Together they created The Good Stuff, a coffee booster to make your coffee do more for you while adding to its natural benefits. The Good Stuff replaces your regular creamer with a lightly cinnamon or mocha flavoured creamy supplement.

The ingredients in The Good Stuff speak for themselves with Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen for strong bones, MCT ( Coconut MCT Powder ) for energy, and L-Theanine for calming and focus. The Good Stuff helps reduce the unfavourable jitters from caffeine, inflammation, and muscle and joint discomfort. It also improves your skin, hair, nails, joints and bones.

I tried both the Focus ( Mocha flavor ) and the Performance ( Cinnamon flavor ) and found them to be a pleasant addition to my coffee. I do not usually add sweetener to my coffee unless I need to cover it up or I’m sad. Which is why I was glad to find these coffee creamer replacements to be just slightly sweet and a little bit creamy. Both the cinnamon and mocha flavors were definitely present, though not overwhelmingly so.

Obviously, the benefits of these supplements combined with the taste is the main reason I love this brand. However, as an honorable mention bonus, I appreciate how the non-star ingredients are all things I can read, pronounce and understand. I even google-d the one ingredient I wasn’t familiar with, wondering if I’ll finally catch them with some filler material only to find out that “Theobromine” reduces bad cholesterol.

In the end, I can deduce from these trials that The Good Stuff is rather good stuff. Good ingredients, good taste, and a pretty good price, especially if you go their subscription routes.

Oh, and for those looking to go on diets next year The Good Stuff is intermittent-fasting, Keto and Whole 30 approved.

Happy Boosting~
