Tested and Approved: The Comfy Ripstop Dog Travel Mat

I knew K9 Ballistics’ Ripstop Dog Travel Mat was a keeper immediately after I removed it from its box. When I unrolled it, my dog, who has rejected numerous dog beds, walked over and plopped down on it. Now, that’s a speedy review! I like it too. I love that it folds up neatly so I can easily carry it and toss it in the car when we head out to the local park.

On longer road trips, this portable dog mat fits neatly into a wire crate, providing padded comfort. For dogs prone to environmental allergies, it provides a safe, durable space for resting comfortably outdoors without aggravating skin issues.

There are inexpensive travel mats that certainly suffice for dogs who don’t embark on lots of outdoor adventures and this travel mat is not intended for use as a cooling mat. However, for dog parents who travel frequently with their dogs, the insulated Ripstop Travel Mat, priced at $45, is a worthwhile investment for use in a crate and on the ground.
