“Flowers that fly and all but sing” – Robert Frost on the Butterfly
Named after the Greek goddess of the soul, Asteroid Psyche embodies the essence of feminine power and transformation. A celestial body resonating with principles of strength and resilience, Psyche’s name translates to ‘soul’ or ‘spirit.’ An embodiment of the butterfly symbol, her essence signifies the profound journey of spiritual metamorphosis. Discovered in 1852 by the pioneering Italian astronomer Annibale de Gasparis, asteroid Psyche is as an irregular, potato-shaped entity orbiting the Sun in the outer realm of the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Having endured the chaotic collisions that shaped the early solar system, Psyche is a testament to survival and perseverance, a reminder of the foundational forces that contribute to our existence. In recognizing its unique properties, scientists are drawn to study asteroid Psyche, seeking to uncover insights into Earth’s core and, by extension, the intricate dance of creation that underlies humanity’s ongoing quest for knowledge and empowerment through our understanding of the universe.
NASA’s revelation that asteroid Psyche harbors approximately $10,000 quadrillion worth of precious metals – including platinum, iron, nickel, and gold – ignited a bold initiative: the launch of a spacecraft bearing the same name. In 2023, this vessel embarked on an ambitious mission to explore the metal-rich Psyche, slated to spend two years orbiting the asteroid. During this groundbreaking venture, the spacecraft will capture images, map the surface, and gather pivotal data to unveil Psyche’s true composition. With its gravity set to ensnare the spacecraft in late July 2029, this exploratory endeavor promises to provide unprecedented insights into the tumultuous history of cosmic collisions and the accumulation of matter that paved the way for the formation of Earth and its terrestrial neighbors. This mission not only seeks to broaden our given understanding of the universe but also to challenge our perception of wealth and value inherent in the cosmos.

As for the myth associated with the planet, it’s also full of cosmological gold. Wherever we find Psyche, we know that her mythic beloved Eros is not far behind. Eros and Psyche (Cupid and Psyche to the Romans), Beauty and the Beast to the 90’s babies, is an enduring myth about love, soul, and the recipe to unite the two. While Eros represents passion, magnetism, and the instinct for soul-deep union, Psyche’s energy is a call for soul-integration. Termed one of the ‘relationship asteroids,’ Psyche is often coupled with Eros in synastry readings analyzing romantic compatibility between partners. Eros represents love, particularly physical or romantic love, often driven by lust or infatuation. Psyche’s placement in a natal chart, however, highlights where we may face dramatic relational tests in the crucible of the soul. Frequently depicted in myth as a female figure with butterfly wings, Psyche’s lover Eros is adorned with the wings of an angel. In a natal chart, Psyche is symbolized by a glyph of butterfly wings topped by a star. Astrologically, asteroid Psyche refines emotional intelligence and sense of personal value, deepening our human capacity to bond, approaching the possibility of transcendent love.
On a journey transcending the ordinary, working with asteroid Psyche involves a profound quest for emotional and spiritual illumination. Symbolic of the part of us which seeks a love far beyond fleeting desire— Psyche’s taking of Eros as her divine consort is a sacred awakening, an initiation. Embodying the enchanting essence of the Seeker, the Beloved, and the Divine Alchemical Feminine— Psyche is forged in trial-by-fire tests of integrity and heart, empowered to transform the world through her profound emotional clarity and depth. Unlike warrior goddesses who charge in with brute force, Psyche’s true magic resides in her unwavering patience, fierce love and courageous exploration of the unknown. She teaches us that lasting connections are crafted through soulful growth—not through submission, but by embracing the transformative chaos of change. Revealing each human soul’s deep yearning for unity and connection, Psyche’s wings ever shimmer with the promise of magic and mystery.
The Emotional Cost of Being Seen
Too luminous, too beloved, too untouchable to be safe? In her feminine narrative of mythic emergence, Psyche reminds us that beauty is the first double-edged sword. As if born of a drop of heaven’s dew, when Psyche was born to royal parents, people came in droves and were captivated by her beauty. People were so captivated by Psyche that they neglected the temples and shrines of the magnificent Goddess of Love. With a beauty transcending mere physical allure, Psyche both invokes the envy and wrath of the Love Goddess Aphrodite, who sends her son Eros (Cupid), God of Love, to avenge her. Eros is instructed to pierce Psyche with a poisoned arrow to make her fall in love with the most hideous monster, in some stories simply the vilest of men. Ultimately, as Eros too falls for Psyche’s enchanting beauty, he tricks his own mother, crafting his own invisibility spell, so that he can take Psyche back to his palace and make her his wife, in secret. But first, Psyche must endure the pain of being alone and unwanted. Placed on a social pedestal, Psyche becomes less of a woman, more like an idol to be gazed at. Everyone is so in awe of her beauty that they are too intimidated to propose marriage. Both her sisters have been married off already, and the family is worried. Psyche’s parents take her to an oracle, which reports ominously:
Hope for no mortal bridegroom. Your lovely daughter will be wed to one fierce and wild who burns with fire as hot as a dragon’s breath. Her future husband awaits her at the top of the mountain. Take her there and leave her, dressed for both marriage and funeral.
The procession up the mountain top is prepared as Psyche wonders, Who or what would come to that desolate crag to claim her? She pants with fear. Eros is there too, invisible of course. Mesmerized, the young god pricks himself on one of his arrows and falls deeply in love on the spot. He would be her husband, he thought. Eros called to Zephyr, the west wind, and ordered him to carry the lovely Psyche, gently down to the valley below and into his castle where he would love her in secret, denying even Psyche the right to know his true identity. Adored but still isolated, Psyche is loved by a God she is forbidden to gaze upon.

When her sisters became jealous of her perfect love for her mysterious husband, they convinced Psyche that she was really married to a snake and that she should protect her own safety. Their suspicions feed Psyche’s doubt. Waiting one night until Eros is asleep, Psyche uncovers him, illuminating his true identity. Just as she recognized that he was in fact the God of Love, she realized that she had betrayed him. “Oh, foolish Psyche,” Eros said, “is this how you repay my love? Did you think I could be a monster? Love cannot dwell with suspicion.” He fled from her in horror at having betrayed his secret as Psyche fell to the ground and began to weep.
In a story about perseverance, betrayal, separation and spiritual evolution, Psyche goes on to encounter a series of soul-forging tests. As Eros vanishes, Psyche is forced to prove her devotion in the face of his enraged and jealous Mother. Aphrodite forces Psyche to undergo a series of impossible tasks in order to reunite with her lover Eros. Each feat is symbolic of an inner trial—tests of humility, strength, endurance and trust. Along the way, Psyche grows to courageously meet true love’s challenges with grace and fortitude. Aphrodite asks Psyche to sort a mountain of seeds in one night, collect the golden fleece of savage rams, draw water from the deadly River Styx, make prayers of her tears and retrieve a box of divine beauty from the underworld. Amidst her darkest hour, Psyche not only receives support from unexpected allies but also encounters a far more rewarding process of transformation than any romance could afford. Passing all of the tests with flying colors, Psyche eventually wins Eros back and marries him. She is not only elevated to Goddess status, but ultimately granted immortality within the dominion of the Gods. And their daughter is named Pleasure.
Representing the soul’s longing for emotional and spiritual union, “Through the lens of Psyche, the most meaningful love is not the easiest—it is the love we become worthy of by walking through fire, and emerging transformed,” writes Astro Aum. Gazing into the mirror of intimacy, Psyche initiates a journey of inner-knowing. Just as the mythic beauty encountered mounting tensions in the realms of intimacy, trust and self-worth, asteroid Psyche spreads her wings and invites us to grow through challenge. Psyche’s shadow, writes Astro Aum, arrives as “trials of the heart that force growth.”
When it comes to matters of the heart, there is often no rhyme or reason. Wherever Psyche exists in our chart, we may experience her as both a curse and a blessing. Calling on us to cultivate blind trust, Psyche asks us to keep the faith when things fall apart, to hold our center in the eye of the storm. Sometimes, her messages are elusive. Known for her emotional complexity, often her shadow is revealed to us through the responses we evoke in the other – whether jealousy, betrayal, or resistance – we are learning to take things less personally. In myth, Psyche’s sisters betray her, envious of her mysterious, glimmering soul. Psyche is popular with strings attached. As if vibrating somewhere between Sapphrodite and Soiled Dove, Psyche is adored, but alone. Eclipsed by the veil of ‘forbidden love,’ she is tasked with a treacherous journey back to self.
The price of her power is other people’s projections, the cruelty invoked in them once they see her light as a threat. Punished by Venus, Psyche’s wisdom proves how real love isn’t scripted or easy, but requires patience, emotional sensitivity and endurance. Where Psyche appears in our chart, we are learning that healthy love does not seek approval, perfection, or emotional deals. With stunning beauty that provokes, Psyche challenges our sense of relational value. When working with the asteroid, ask yourself, Do I feel love must be earned or proven? Do I feel unworthy of emotional intimacy? Am I drawn to relationships that test my patience? Do romantic partners make me feel misunderstood or invisible? Do I experience feelings of envy, engaging in compare and despair? Do I self-sabotage in love? If so, Psyche is calling you back to your inner compass, to your unwavering soul-knowing.

The soul yearns to grow, and yet, it cannot do so unless we are willing to stay present with the discomfort, to move through rather than around our relational stalemates. Psyche whispers to us gently that there is nothing to fix, that our shadow is not a deficit, it is a condition of our becoming. This is not the kind of love that chooses avoidance over honesty, it does not fly the coop in flights of fancy, nor lie to protect others’ dysfunction. As a symbol of expansive knowing and inner wisdom, Psyche challenges us to stand in our innate power, even when others doubt or dim our light. Just as the butterfly is born through effort, through a crucible of transmutation, catalyzing egg to caterpillar to cocoon to the moment of emergence and the spreading of wings, the soul too evolves in a trajectory beyond linear time.
Spiritually, Psyche reminds us that the soul does not abide by the laws of man. With a force of evolution that colors outside the lines, the soul moves in spirals. And it is through this vision of Psyche as the winged soul that we come to fully understand that “emotional endurance is not weakness—it is sacred preparation,” writes Astro Aum. The metamorphosis need not be loud. The path of growth is not linear, nor outcome-oriented, and when we make it as such, we only limit our potentiality within the domain of what is known, what is fathomable.
Astro Aum writes that Psyche’s “relationship with Eros lifts her into the realm of divine love, but it is her trials—the darkness, the tasks, the waiting—that shape her into something immortal. Like the butterfly inside the chrysalis, it is in her stillness, her hidden effort, that the soul’s wings are formed.” Strewn throughout the literary and visual canons, we see butterflies emerge as an enduring symbol of the soul. In Peter Marren’s Rainbow Dust, butterflies are coded as sacred messengers that carry the profound significance of life, death, and rebirth. And yet, their fragility leaves them open to outside forces, mirroring the mythological journey of Psyche and the perils and triumphs of the human condition. In 2012, artist Damien Hirst, reportedly the UK’s richest living artist, came under fire from animal rights groups for the death of 9,000 butterflies over the course of his Tate Modern Exhibition “In And Out Of Love.” While many butterflies trapped in the exhibition died from being stepped on or brushed by the museum’s visitors, many more died of natural causes, as if echoing Hieronymus Bosch’s Garden of Earthly Delights, in which butterflies become subject to capture and distortion. Whether worshipped and elevated or isolated and controlled, in much the same fashion, Psyche’s full arc of experience reminds us to stay the course.

Echoing through the intuitive, astral realms, Psyche reaches us from the dream realm, from the language of visions and insights that defy logic and language. Ensconced in the power of becoming, Psyche guides us to make the impossible possible, to widen our capacity and test our resolve, allowing us to anchor into the infinite potentiality of what is as yet unseen. Like gems of intuition, Psyche’s murmurings do not provide clear answers; they ask us to contemplate the deeper questions, to emotionally stretch and break beyond the barriers of those places we’ve cocooned ourselves out of fear. Wherever your soul is actively evolving through felt emotional experience – not numbed, bypassed or avoided, here Psyche is at work.
Among the Sabian Symbols of the zodiac, the degree at Libra 24 is denoted as the “Third wing on the left side of the butterfly,” a point that symbolizes how spiritual seekers become the seeds of a broader evolutionary step. At this stage of the zodiac, we are confronted with the normal process of development: how it occurs incrementally and how periods of clarity alternate with periods of confusion. The description goes on to reflect how rarely we may also go through sudden dimensional shifts in which “a veil is torn from our eyes and we move up the spiritual mountain path in leaps and bounds. Life is never the same after one, and we never lose the expanded awareness,” informs Sacred 7 Academy. In very much the same way, Psyche’s story reveals the multiplicity of the winged soul. While pain points like Wounded Healer Chiron ask us to dwell in what is broken beyond repair, Psyche swoops in at that ever delicate threshold where origin story, soul and sovereignty align.
When Psyche was first encountered by astronomers long ago, her discovery chart was in Pisces, the sign of divine intelligence. King of the collective cosmic soup and great abyss, the energies of dissolution and disarray, and equally, elevation and higher love, Pisces rules dreams, creativity, escapism, fantasy, delusion, peak spiritual experiences and solitude. And when it comes to illusions, they rarely leave gently. They often require us to firmly cut the chord, to decimate the part of us that is still clinging, still attached like a hungry ghost. Isabelle Ghana of LLEWELLYN illuminates how ‘Psyche’ is not just the root of soul but of psychology, and likewise invokes a meaning related to the study of the mind. An invitation to witness ourselves, without judgment. Without condemnation. Here we are reminded that astrology is not a tool with which we ‘fix’ ourselves or engage in ‘self-improvement,’ but rather, to empower us to embark on a more meaningful journey. If Psyche represents psychology, she equally speaks to pathology…
The ancient Greeks peppered Psyche’s saga with themes of trust, love, passion, betrayal, and jealousy. Many more know her story as the contemporary Beauty and the Beast. While the characters are polarized appropriately, the phrase ‘We are who we love’ comes to mind. At the intersection of astrology and myth, we begin to loosen the pathological borders to discover that we are all the archetypes, at times foolish, neglectful, jealous and beastly. The beloved can be a sacred mirror, or demonic shadow, demon or god, Magdalene or Whore. Ultimately, the kernel of truth emerges when the heroine comes back home to herself. That is, the totality of her mind-body-spirit. Psyche represents that ineffable link to spirit, or the soul’s redemption through the power of love.

On her podcast Mythic Mojo, Dr. Catherine Svehla reflects that Eros and Psyche is an old wives’ tale inherent to the global wisdom tradition. Psyche’s quest, often conflated with the Heroine’s Journey, is a tale about soul united with love. In her podcast narrating the myth, Svehla suggests that we pause with the moment or detail of the story that resonates with us most. In the words of C.G. Jung, “Love is the dynamism that most infallibly brings the unconscious to light.” Jung often referred to the work of the soul as ‘the Symbolic Life,’ that which takes us into the liminal spaces where change and transformation become possible.
Isabelle Ghana shares that Psyche’s story is in essence every woman’s story, how, as “the embodiment of the soul and mind,” her journey is to “merge with her other half, her animus, or her male lover,” which is ultimately an integration of self. According to Psyche Astro, Psyche represents what one needs in order to cultivate the ‘higher self’ and ultimately achieve one’s soul purpose in this lifetime. As the parable goes, Psyche (the soul) requires love in order to grow. Particularly for women, it can be important here to put emphasis on self-love, rather than waiting to feel completed by the other, although it is often in the cauldron of relationship that we truly come to understand ourselves.
By sign and house, Psyche highlights those moments in life when love tests us, when emotional truth becomes a currency, and intimacy a mirror. As gentle as butterfly kisses, as deep as true love eternal, Psyche’s placement in a natal chart pinpoints how and where the soul is longing to love more deeply and trust more fully. If Psyche is a threshold into soul growth, then love is the first initiation. Longing and lust won’t suffice for long; no, the soul must integrate what it projects and provokes in beloveds. Revealed in the language of aesthetics and intuition, of metaphor and myth, Psyche’s revelations are quieter and more inward.

Astro Aum writes that Psyche whispers to us through nature and art, a reminder that “transformation is the soul’s native language, and beauty is not the beginning, but the reward.” Like every painful evolution from innocence to wisdom, the outcome is not about chapel bells or catching the bouquet; it is about moving through difficulties without completely losing sight of faith. While Psyche’s immortality makes her stunning forever, her inner beauty helps her cultivate a wise innocence that is neither naive nor closed off to possibility. As the Western representative of the ‘Initiated Soul,’ Psyche urges us to face emotional uncertainty, to let tension and love coexist, and to love openly without expecting reward. Along with Neptune, Psyche is often viewed as the ‘higher octave’ of Venus, signifying divine love or psychic unity. “While Venus speaks to attraction, beauty, and relational harmony, Psyche moves beyond the surface to seek soul-deep union,” states Astro Aum.
When Psyche’s essence flows through the four elements, she unveils the soul’s passionate desire for connection and unity. With the length of her cycle varying from year to year, Psyche can hang out in any one zodiac sign for up to ten months. Psyche in Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) acts boldly, passionately pursues and invokes the courage to embark on one’s soul mission. Psyche in Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) emotes deeply, communes psychically and proves that vulnerability is a strength. Psyche in Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) communicates provocatively, forms telepathic bonds and merges mind with spirit. Psyche in Earth (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) grounds spirit into matter, leaving a legacy of beauty through her commitment to the material world.
Much like Chariklo, the Graceful Spinner of the zodiac, Psyche tends to elevate the energy of each sign to its highest expression. For example, Psyche in Gemini, a sign often conflated with butterflies and other winged creatures, is a self-taught soul that thrives on curiosity, mental stimulation, conversation, and a variety of experiences in relationships. Longing to learn and grow, Psyche in Gemini masters head-heart cohesion.
In aspect to the personal planets, Psyche tends to lend a quality of supernatural intuition or giftedness which enhances the energy of that particular celestial body. For example, if Psyche were to be conjunct Sun or Ascendant, this native wears their soul on their sleeve so to speak, incorporating Psyche’s principles of gentle becoming into the fabric of lived experience. If Psyche were to be conjunct the descendent, this native activates personal soul-growth and deepens self-love in relationship to others. When Psyche aspects Venus or Neptune, it can feel like a natural inclination toward symbolic thought, a renaissance spurred by the power of dream work, deep listening and the overflowing fountains of creative-self expression.
As Psyche sails across the sky and touches a planet or point in your birth chart, called a transit, her presence activates emotional growth through longing, challenge and ultimately wisdom and awakening. As the yogis say, ‘Desire churns the world,’ enveloping us in the very conflicts our soul has chosen in this lifetime to help us grow. Psyche transiting your natal Moon stirs up mother wounds and instinctual memory, perhaps posing challenges or tests around emotional safety and security. While the Moon’s emotional realms can surely feel volatile, as the soul stirs, craving intimacy, belonging and the courage to be seen, the result often feels like either a collapse of meaning or an awakening of insight. While Pluto teaches us that some souls are meant to be let go of, Psyche reminds us that it is often through the more tedious relational struggles that we cultivate the self-awareness necessary to discern when to choose risk over comfort and intimacy over autonomy – without giving ourselves away. Revealing how love is not always immediate, Psyche is our cultural antidote to readymade concepts like speed dating, love at first sight, arranged marriages, runaway brides, mail-order wives and fiscal marriages.

The more we come to understand Psyche’s unique symbolism as reflected in our natal chart, including any aspects to major planets or points, the more we can allow our soul’s true yearnings to unfold. A sacred map of the human experience, Psyche’s mythic journey serves as a testament to the importance of alchemical transformation. Her tale, woven with themes of love, loss and rebirth, resonates deeply within us, mirroring the cycles we all endure in our quest for connection and self-discovery. Unlike traditional narratives of conquest, Psyche embodies the power of emotional resilience; her trials are not marked by external battles but by the internal struggles that forge our inextinguishable soul-fire. Through her unwavering devotion and willingness to embrace love, Psyche teaches us the beauty of endurance over achievement.
Psyche’s movement across the heavens— quiet as it is potent—activates those dormant parts of us that yearn for intimacy, even when vulnerability feels daunting. Her lessons shift our focus from seeking perfection to embracing presence, guiding us to recognize that we are inherently worthy of love, simply by being. As you contemplate Psyche’s influence in your astrological chart by zodiac sign in the astro-insights to follow, reflect on those areas of your life where you have been tested. Psyche does not fracture the soul, she enhances its meaningful journey. Difficult experiences are not punishment, nor are they merely events in time; they are sacred chapters in your cosmic destiny. Embodying the delicate butterfly, Psyche serves as a reminder that transformation, though often silent and hidden beneath the surface, is both real and essential. In honoring Psyche, we embrace our own capacity for metamorphosis, understanding that the journey towards our highest selves is as significant as the destination itself.

Rx: Golden Moon Milk (Blue Lotus Vanilla)
Exploring the depths of your inner landscape, Psyche in Taurus discovering the strength and stability that come from a rooted connection to your environment. Whether feeling your feet barefoot in the grass, taking a yoga class, or going for a walk in the forest, there are so many ways to rekindle your relationship with the forces of nature within. According to Ayurveda, the ancient yogic science that predates Western medicine by centuries, we are miniature versions of nature. Everything from the force of the five elements situated along the spine in the playground of the chakras, to the planetary energies crystallized within our very fingertips – cosmic Lovers Venus/Mars are associated with the thumb and Fire, Jupiter (Air) corresponds to the index, Saturn (Ether) to the middle finger, Sun (Earth) to the ring finger and and Mercury (Water) to the pinkie…we are not only star stuff, but we come from and return to the Earth. Yes, ‘As Above So Below.’ But also, ‘As Within, So Without.’ Within Ayurvedic teachings, medicine is a form of prevention, not a quick fix. We get to the root of the imbalance, reclaiming our intricately connected to all living beings in an eternal and binding cosmic web. Depending on our constitution, our alignment (or misalignment) to natural cosmic cycles can therefore either push us toward health or disease. Toward balance, or imbalance. Too more Fire? An excess of anger and bile. Too much Air, overthinking and indecisiveness.
All that being said, your Psyche in the Venus-ruled sign of Taurus’s Rx is a traditional staple of the Ayurvedic tradition known as golden milk. Straight from my favorite modern apothecary, Golden Moon Milk (Blue Lotus Vanilla) by Anima Mundi – is a deliciously modern take on this ancient wellness drink beloved to Kundalini yogis around the world. Traditionally made with anti-inflammatory miracle turmeric and spices, golden milk has long been used to support balance, nourishment and a sense of calm throughout the body and mind. If you’re not familiar with the astounding benefits of Turmeric Root, it’s an ancient medicinal remedy now used worldwide, much more than a health supplement or spice. Turmeric has been proven to be an effective treatment for arthritis, digestive disorders, respiratory infections, allergies, liver disease and depression. Anima Mundi’s version is additionally infused with key botanicals such as Ashwagandha, Reishi, and Blue Lotus—plants known in various herbal traditions for their role in promoting emotional ease and inner stillness. Immune-system modulating Reishi, known as the mushroom of immortality or herb of spiritual potency (also sometimes simply called herbal yoga) is a highly regarded adaptogen that has long been a potent, calming ally to humans. On the beauty tip, Reishi’s bioactive compounds transform the skin, giving it a radiant appearance, making it a natural approach to anti-aging, whether used topically or ingested. Blue lotus flower, also known as blue Egyptian lotus, blue water lily, and sacred blue lily, has historically been used in ancient Egyptian rituals to connect with the divine. A mildly psychoactive botanical, it’s known for inducing a euphoric, meditative state, supporting third-eye activation and enhancing lucid dreaming. Infused with warming spices like Cardamom, Lavender, and Vanilla, Golden Moon Milk is a dreamy addition to your evening ritual, with built-in digestive comfort and aromatic bliss.

Rx: Digestive Enzymes
Exacting and analytical, health-oriented and helpful, don’t let perfectionism spiral out of control. Not only is Virgo the sign of physical health, it traditionally rules both the nervous and digestive systems. According to ancient and modern science, the two are inextricably linked. In other words, we are not only ‘what we eat,’ but our mental health and gut health go hand in hand. As the sign governing the organs responsible for nutrient absorption and elimination, Virgos are often characterized by their tendency to overthink and for their anxiety-driven digestive problems. If you thought probiotics were all that, check out Digestive Enzymes by 1st Phorm. Because even if you’re consuming all your essential nutrients, without proper digestion and absorption, you’d might as well be eating chalk. That’s where digestive enzymes come into play, which are essentially proteins produced by the body to help break down protein, carbohydrates, and fats into smaller components. Ideal support for gut health, nutrient absorption and overall wellness, a high-quality digestive enzyme supplement such as 1st Phorm, packed with a whopping 500 mg blend of naturally occurring digestive enzymes, is functional medicine, no matter your wellness routine. Psyche in Aquarius *Soul Revolution*
Celebrity Doppelgänger: SZA
Psyche in Aquarius, ‘The Water Bearer,’ signifies a soul driven by innovation and independence. With a unique, detached perspective, you operate like a genius in exile. Oriented to collective ideals and mental freedom rather than intense personal emotion, visionary thinking helps you align with others based on shared goals and ideals. Fusing the deep soul journey of Psyche with Aquarius’ logic over feeling and humanitarianism, an unconventional approach to the self and spirituality means you privilege autonomy over belonging. Seeking universal truths and connection via ideals, a stellar capacity for empathy is matched with the emotional distance necessary to solidify networks and groups. Fulfilling the soul via friendships, social causes or intellectual communities – caution around becoming too dogmatic in your beliefs. With a mind as vast as the ocean, you crave the mental stimulation afforded by new experiences. Driven to understand the complexities of human behavior, you probably traded church for cosmic consciousness, one-on-one intimacy for collective belonging. Repping the interconnectedness of all things with an inherent ‘unity in diversity perspective,’ a quest for intellectual freedom means you question established authorities and challenge societal norms, not without a huge capacity for empathy and compassion. Aiming to contribute positively to society, embrace individuality along your quest for knowledge and self-discovery.
