A Darn Good Nosh

Do you relish the taste of a soft, warm pretzel straight from the oven? Are you intrigued by an enticing mystery and are willing to take a small risk to get a good deal?  If so, you really should know about The Pretzel Co.’s The Mystery Box. The Mystery Box I received was comprised of four jumbo-sized twisted pretzels, four pretzels resembling cinnamon buns, a package of salt, and a tub of tasty Sharp Cheddar cheese spread. The twisted pretzels were huge! Below, is a photo of the type of pretzels I received.

What I liked about the mystery box is that I got to sample The Pretzel Co’s hand-twisted pretzels without having to drive to York, Pennsylvania. But what I loved best was that when I reheated my defrosted pretzel it was nice and warm and soft. It tasted as if it had come straight out of a bakery’s oven.  It only took 3-5 minutes to bake the pretzels to perfection.

I prefer savory dips over sweet or spicy dips so I was happy to receive a sharp cheddar dip instead of a spicy or sweet dip. The savory cheddar flavor nicely complemented the salty flavor of the jumbo-sized twisted pretzels.

The dip you receive is a surprise, much like the assortment.  To review the different types of dips that could be included in your mystery box, visit this page.

If you know a pretzel fanatic, The Mystery Box is a great gift to give or to share with other pretzel lovers at casual get-togethers
