These Wine-Infused Jams and Coconut Peanut Butter Hit Different

No disrespect to traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but it has been gratifying to “adult” with the inspired palate-pleasers featured here.

Wine & Jam = Bam!

Jam Vino’s Raspberry Moscato (my favorite!), Strueberry Blanc, and Blackberry Merlot wine-infused jams are the glorious creations of Lori “Chef Lorious” Rogers. What I especially love about these jams is that the main ingredients in each jam is wine and fruit. Selecting food to pair with each jam was easy. I simply paired each jam with the type of food I would typically pair with the wine and fruit used to make each jam.

For example,Strueberry Blanc is a great jam for brightening servings of pancakes or crepes served at a weekend brunch and Raspberry Moscato is especially tasty when drizzled over vanilla ice cream or a slice of chocolate cheesecake. For breakfast, spreading Jam Vino’s Blackberry Merlot on whole wheat crackers or a thick slice of ciabatta bread served with a tasty slice of Brie on the side, is a delicious way to start the day! To make a foodie smile, gift him or her with a Jam Vino gift pack!

Peanut Butter with a Tropical Twist

In a word, Cocomo peanut butter is YUM. USDA-certified organic, GMO-free, vegan, and free of a ton of artificial ingredients, high protein (6 grams of protein) Cocomo peanut butter is worth a try if you love peanut butter and the taste of coconut.

Cocomo has a subtle coconut flavor that is quite appealing and it is as versatile as regular peanut butter. One can swirl it into oatmeal, add it to smoothies, or spread it onto bananas or apple slices for a tasty afternoon snack. For a unique flavor fusion, spread Cocomo on sandwich bread and add jelly to enjoy a leveled-up version of PB&J.
