Wondrous Kitchenware Finds

Experience kitchen joy while preparing meals with handforged/handmade products that are built to last, easy to use, and certain to be treasured for years to come.

Cookware to Revere

When I shop for new cookware, I look for four main features: Performance. Safety—it must be non-toxic, attractiveness, and longevity. Smithey’s Little Farmhouse Skillet checks off all the boxes and is pre-seasoned, so it can be put to use right out of the box.

Kudos to Smithey for making its products in the United States with strict crafting and inspection requirements. Compared to a beloved Italy-sourced skillet I had previously used, the Farmhouse Skillet heats up quicker and is easier to clean. I had never used a carbon steel skillet before but now that I’ve experienced the joy of cooking with Smithey’s Little Farmhouse Skillet, I am moving my former skillet to the back of the cupboard. The handsome Little Farmhouse skillet performed exceptionally well and cleanup ( I handwash it) is a breeze.

The Little Farmhouse Skillet is a keeper.

Culinary Heaven: Handmade Grater & Dipping Serving  Bowl

As practical as it is beautiful, the well-designed, handmade Luna Garlic Grater features a raised ridge for zesting citrus fruits and grating garlic, chocolate, hard cheese, vegetables, and spices.

Exuding a refined heirloom presence, this elegant grater is fated to be  passed down from one kitchen to another throughout the years.

I own several items from Gina DeSantis Ceramics that I use daily. The beauty and quality of this artisanal houseware line is outstanding. If you are seeking an exceptional housewarming present, you cannot go wrong by gifting a foodie friend or relative with this distinctive artisan grater and dipping serving bowl.
