Foodie Alert – Bowl of ‘Zole All-Inclusive Agave Spirits, Pozole And More

Time to get your ‘Zole on and celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month. Bowl of ‘Zole returns to Industry City on Thursday, October 23 with an all-inclusive experience of unlimited agave spirits and Mexican cuisine.

This year, the Food Karma Projects produced food festival is including over 20 top chefs and restaurants and over 300 types of agave spirits. The festival’s impressive lineup will showcase Michelin star establishments, James Beard Award nominees, New York Times standouts, and emerging chefs and restaurants. Each chef will be showcasing their unique take on pozole as well as classic Mexican cuisine.

Attendees will be able to pair their pozole with top-shelf top-shelf mezcals, tequilas, raicillas, and lechuguillas. Additional beverage options will include sotol, whiskeys from Maiz Nation, rums from Pelacañas, Mexican wines from Zev Rovine Selections, craft-made beer from Cerveza Monopolio, and zero-proof options from Topo Chico.

In case the all-inclusive of spirits and pozole was not enough of a sell, attendees can also get a VIP Ticket that gets them early admission, access to an exclusive expert led blind tasting of Tequila Ocho and Mezcal Vago, first access to Johnny Curiel of Alma Fonda Fina and Mezcaleria Alma pozole, the opportunity to meet the chefs and beverage producers, and of course – Bowl of ‘Zole™ Swag Bags.

Bowl of ‘Zole is also partnering with City Harvest, non-profit food rescue organization, with pozole donations from participating chefs. City Harvest’s mission is to end hunger in New York City through surplus food rescue and distribution to those in need.
