As mentioned in a previous article, I’ve been obsessed with Fat and the Moon products, especially the Sage and Rose Face Mist. Recently, the team sent me three newly launched products to try out, and I was thrilled to start a new skincare routine!
This girl LOVES a skincare system, and these WOMAN-OWNED, small batch, cruelty-free, plant-powered potions did not disappoint.
Circadian Cleanser
Let’s start with the face wash. After extensive experimentation, I’ve noticed my skin responds really well to gentle cleansers. I love CeraVe and Cetaphil because they give me a full clean, but don’t feel abrasive or make my skin feel dried out afterward. I thought I was fully wifed-up with my basic drugstore queen options, but when I tried the Circadian Cleanser, I was truly shook. Off the bat, this cleanser smells heavenly – almost like honey if I had to pin it down. It’s a clear, golden-tinted liquid that generates a light, luxurious foam when applied. It’s a really sensorial experience & because it’s in the beautiful little bottle, it almost makes you feel like you’re giving something precious to your face. A little goes a long way!

Beam Luminous Facial Serum
My first observation after applying Beam was that it looked like liquid silver and gold. It felt truly luxurious and precious. In fact, I was feeling very Oz-ian as I observed an instant glow that made me look like a fabulous golden Tin Man. As the product absorbs, it leaves a perfect luminous highlight on the brow, cheek, and collarbone areas. The brand describes it as “an herbalist formulated blend of plant lipids that goes deep into the skin to support elasticity, repair, and cell restoration.” After using this product for a month, I could actually see a difference in my skin’s vibrancy, and I look forward to using it daily as a way to brighten up my skin and my morning.

Earth Surface Primer
I am obsessed with this primer. It smells incredible and makes my skin feel instantly loved and cared for when I rub it on. Even my hands are screaming, “Thank you! We love this!” I love how my makeup sits on this primer, providing a perfect balance of matte finish and hydration. BIG BONUS: This primer doubles as a product that actually builds brow and lash thickness! I don’t know about you, but I’ve bought a bunch of products that are supposed to do that, but I always forget to use them or can’t stick with them long enough to see results. Since you’re using a primer anyway, this product is a great way to get those extra benefits with ease. I will absolutely be ordering another bottle of the Earth Surface Primer, and I truly can’t recommend it enough as a gift for your skin this holiday season and beyond.
