French Multi-Surface Spray Cleaner (Rituel Francais)
I always need a surface cleaner. Living in a tiny apartment, things somehow get dirty; the tiles behind the toilet or that one part of the refrigerator you can see but just can’t reach. I was thrilled to receive the French Multi-Surface Spray Cleaner because not only does it effectively clean every surface, but it elevates the cleaning experience with the sophisticated scent of Marseille soap and white vinegar. Don’t worry, though, it isn’t overwhelming. It’s the right mix of natural and calming meets fancy-bathroom-in-a- French-hotel; a great addition to any cleaning collection.
French Liquid Dish Soap
Living in New York, most apartments don’t have dishwashers. That being said, I have to rely on high quality dish soap to really clean my dishes. Fortunately, the French Liquid Dish Soap delivered beyond my expectations. In the scent Figue Bois De Cedre – translating to “fig wood of cedar,” – the formula smells slightly sweet, yet woody. The formula is runny, but it lathers really nicely. It doesn’t take more than a pump or two to clean a dish. A complex scent, this soap definitely makes my pots and pans smell more expensive. I’ve already finished my bottle, and I’m looking forward to getting another one.
Italian Bandeau (White)
A giant pet peeve of mine is washing my face and getting soap in my hairline. Not only that, but the wrong headband is either too tight or gives my extremely sensitive skin a rash. The currently sold-out Italian Bandeau is a high quality accessory made of stretchy Italian lycra that feels cushy and soft on the skin. I got it in white for a classy and stylish option that isn’t just limited to the bathroom, but can be versatile for a workout or even a high fashion moment. Star Spa Wrap
One thing about me is that I love a bubble bath. I love a spa. So, even when I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on the real thing, I can find alternatives to make my own. Leaving the best for last is the Star Spa Wrap. Made of 100% Turkish cotton with embossed white stars, the Spa Wrap really makes for a perfecting ending to a nice bubble bath on a Sunday night. It comes in three colors (blue, cream, and pink), but naturally, I chose pink to match the accents in my bathroom. I can put this on while I dry my body and do my skincare routine before bed for the ultimate self-care experience. If you’re going to try anything from France Luxe, I would go for this.
