After my last dental appointment, I have been on the hunt for a revamp in my oral care to take care of my smile. First thing in the morning and as a last step before bed, I pop the peppermint Toothpaste Tablets into my mouth in the AM & PM. This kit comes with two bottles of the peppermint concentrate and a glass bottle; pour one of the concentrates into the glass bottle and fill the rest with filtered water and shake shake shake. I pour a bit into my mouth and swish around for thirty seconds before spitting into the sink. Canary knows makes this formula refreshing and enjoyable with no extra waste.
