Alice and Olivia’s collection this season was inspired by designer Stacey Bendet’s eclectic NYC apartment. Complete with rich fabrics, colorful textures, and endless pops of color, the collection is glamourous and feminine with a touch of edge.
Tresemme hairstylist Justine Marjan chose to embellish the loose waves with rhinestones, adding a touch of glam to a laid back hair style. Also choosing to do a slicked back pony tail as well, keeping the look edgy and confident, yet always elevating with a touch of sparkle. To keep the rhinestones in place, Marjan used the Tresemme Compressed Micro Mist 4: Extend Hair Spray.
The makeup look was inspired by the rock goddesses of the 70’s. Smoky eyes, and a color palette of gold, glittery green, and black were used to create the look. Long lashes and a heavy touch of eyeliner was also a critical part of makeup artist Erin Parsons’ vision. Using the Maybelline City Mini Eyeshadow Palette in Urban Jungle for the eyes, and the Maybelline Tattoo Sharpenable Gel Pencil Longwear Eyeliner on the waterline. To finish the look, Maybelline Falsies Lash Lift Washable Mascara was applied to the lashes.
