Celebrating their 150 years in 2020 with closed doors due to reasons that we are all aware of and no longer want to hear its name, The American Museum of Natural History is clawing its way through your computer screen and into your home. Dinosaurs, wild boars, elephants and a mind-boggling collection of prehistoric animal skeletons, fossils, tribes along with informative, in-depth research that will surprise, entertain and educate with just one click.
Here is what I rediscovered online.
Visit the hauntingly beautiful dioramas and a multitude of displays with a personal and interactive virtual tour. Check out their butterfly collection, insects, mammals and various extinct planet earth as well as those who survive and thrive through conservation efforts.
