Experience ‘The Orchard’ in Person or Online

Are you a fan of Chekhov’s plays? Well, you’re in luck. Because from June 7th through July 3rd, you can experience The Orchard, an immersive reimagining of Checkhov’s The Cherry Orchard, both in person at New York City’s Baryshnikov Arts Center or in NYC or online from the comforts of home.

The OrchardOh, and both the in-person and virtual experiences star Mikhail Baryshnikov!

The live show envelops theatregoers in a world unlike any they have seen on stage before, where dreams, illusions, and reality intertwine.

And the streamed show similarly treats those tuning in at home to a complex, fully rendered world that they are encouraged to explore.

All in-person and online performances will run simultaneously, with the live staged version colliding with the virtual one during the performances.

Experience The Orchard, an adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard, as translated by Carol Rocamora, and with additional material by Igor Golyak.

Adapted, directed, and conceived by Igor Golyak.

@ Baryshnikov Arts Center, 450 West 37th St., NY, NY & Online
