I’m always up to try new skincare, especially if said skincare can unclog my pores and keep it silky-smoothy. In my never-ending quest, I came across Haya Skincare, a new skincare brand created by a mother and daughter team.
Haya Skincare was created when, one day, the founders tried to create a lip care line using natural ingredients. After experimenting in the kitchen, and after multiple rounds of testing, the pair created a successful lip balm. They decided to branch into skincare. Haya’s products are infused with superfruits from the Amazon, including guava, Brazilian cherry, and others.
There are three signature products I tried: the face toner, the face serum, and the face moisturizer. I used the three in that exact order. The toner is designed to tighten pores and prepare the skin for moisturizer. While the toner didn’t fully unclog my pores, it did tighten them, and I noticed that my skin did look more even after using it. The serum, which has the most Amazonian superfruits, is meant to hydrate and brighten the skin. I felt that the serum did hydrate my skin.
The face moisturizer was the standout for me. I loved the feeling of the lightweight cream on my face. Unlike other moisturizers, Haya’s really does feel lightweight and hydrating. While it’s designed for your face, I now use the moisturizer on other parts of my body since it feels so good. I’ve also found that the face moisturizer and the serum are ideal for travel, as they come in cute little bottles (there is one for the toner as well!)
