Czar Fragrances and the renowned French perfumer Cécile Zarokian have collaborated to create the magnificent new fragrance PEAK, which evokes an experience of boldness, unbridled ambition, and elevation. The inspiration for PEAK began with this mountain hike concept, pitched in an email in January of 2024 – and just this month, that vision was translated into perfume. It seems almost magical. PEAK debuted at the Kuwait Perfume Expo to much acclaim and is the first brand in Kuwait (and the second in the Gulf Cooperation Council & Middle East) to collaborate with Paris-based perfumer Cécile Zarokian. The result is truly an olfactory masterpiece. Here are its notes, inspired by the multi-sensory hike to the mountaintop:
Top Notes (the start of the journey): Mineral Notes, Frankincense, Aldehydes, Green Notes, and Citrus all capture the crisp mountain air and fresh green meadows, blooming florals, and brightness.
Middle Notes (midway through the hike): Volutes, Lactones, Anisic Notes, Watermelon, and Floral add complex layers of deeper florals, forest accords, and delicate green notes to impart both softness and strength.
Base Notes: Vanilla, White Musk, Cashmere Wood, Ambergris, and Myrrh mark the triumph to the top and its stillness, warmth, and panoramic wonder.
