Fat & the Moon
Fat & the Moon products are herbalist-formulated body care essentials for everyday magic. I’ve been using the brand for almost a decade and their Sage & Rose Face Mist is my go-to for an instant refresh and reset. I keep one on my dresser and one in my bag for an uplifting vibration shift at home or on the go. It was actually the first thing I put on my body after having my kids!
The company says, “Our coven-made Rose Geranium hydrosol gently tones skin with mild plant acids to help revive the skin and keep pore-clogging bacteria in check. Clary sage acts as a mild astringent and clears the air of bad vibes. Jojoba oil keeps the skin and Spirit supple.”
Species by the Thousands
Every Species by the Thousands product comes from the simple idea that nature is a powerful source for our well-being. Every item is handmade in New York at their workshop tucked within the northwest Catskill Mountains. My favorite item in their lineup is the Clear, Ground & Protect Aromatherapy Mist because you can instantly feel its powers at work. I spray it on myself every morning to ready and steady myself for the day ahead.
According to their website, “Clear, Ground & Protect aromatherapy mist’s tranquil blend of sage, lavender, and cedarwood can help untangle you from your thoughts and attend to the present moment. Created with intention using organic and wildcrafted essential oils, these aromatherapy sprays are ideal for body, linen, meditation, and personal spaces.”
OctoberOccult
This is a wonderful Etsy shop that I stumbled upon after receiving their Protection Anointing Oil as a gift. It is a crystal-infused potion made with Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Juniper Branch Oil, Lime, Organic Purple Mica, and Wild Lavender. These days we all need a little extra protection from negative energy or negative people surrounding us, so a few daily drops of this will come in handy!
While the oil is divine, the brand also has a spellbinding selection of homemade candles. In her bio, OctoberOccult’s owner, Hayley, shares that “candles have been one of my favorite forms of divination since I can remember. Looking into the flame is also one of the most powerful ways I’ve found to tap into my subconscious.”
Luna & Quartz
Luna & Quartz is a brand rooted in ritual and self-care. Their mission is to, “encourage you to slow down, dwell in the magic of the moment, invigorate your senses, and to bring you intentional goods for everyday rituals.” I own and love their Evil Eye hydrating body oil, but I no longer see it on the website so I plan to try the Queen of Wands Body Potion next.
Their website describes it as a, “deeply hydrating body potion to harness to the energy of the Queen. Hydrates, improves elasticity, and is great for all skin types. Apply immediately after showering and allow it to dry to maximize the oil’s benefits. It can also be added to your bath or ends of hair for added moisture and shine.” I chose it because I love Tarot, but also because the fragrance notes include two of my faves: Honeysuckle and Sandalwood.
Kate’s Magik
Kate Becker is a therapeutic perfumer from Arizona who started Kate’s Magik in 2002 “to help people clarify needs and make positive changes by uniting the power of intention with the beautiful aromas of the earth’s healing plants.” All of the products are thoughtfully sourced and designed to provoke the senses.
I recommend the White Sage Sacred Mist because it clears negative or stagnant energy and clears and purifies spaces whenever you’re in need. It’s also beautiful to know that the White Sage is grown at a small family farm in Southern California.
As a mother of two, I also recommend the Ghostbuster Aura Mist as a fun bedtime ritual with kids, to banish any monsters or ghosts from the room – making way for sweet & peaceful dreams.
Chrissy’s Soaps and More
I found this Etsy shop while on the hunt for a crystal-infused body lotion. Imagine my delight when I found Chrissy’s Fluorite Infused Whipped Body Butter, designed to melt away anxiety. Everything is created with love in small batches and this product is incredibly moisturizing, leaving your skin feeling silky and smooth, not greasy. In addition to helping with a stressful day, this fragrance is also great for helping with headaches and insomnia.

Make & Mary
I have been using the Make & Mary aromatherapy products for a few years now and completely swear by them. They are a wonderful, community-minded company based in Oregon, whose products are all-natural, vegan, cruelty-free, and low waste.
I switch between the Calm Aromatherapy Inhaler and the Clarity Aromatherapy Inhaler depending on what I need at the time. They are both as small as a lipstick tube and easy to take with you anywhere you go. The calm inhaler is a relaxing blend of all-natural scents that let you reset and restore, while the clarity inhaler has a blend of botanicals designed to help you focus and feel centered.
