What an innovation! Merle Norman Plush Liquid Shadow has the softest, most buttery texture. It goes on as a cream and dries down to a stays-put powder. You can use it as a primer or a base that will amplify whatever you swipe over top! I prefer using this crease-proof formula as eyeshadow with black liquid liner. It’s easy to apply and goes the distance. Be sure and blend it quickly since the dry down is pretty quick. That said, if it dries fast, you can simply enjoy that lived-in, “next day” bedroom eye look because perfect eye makeup can be soooo overrated.
