The New York City-based chocolatier’s decision to become a vegan chocolatier was driven by a deep passion for crafting delicious chocolates when she worked as a vegan chef for celebrities. Many of her clients desired allergen-free treats and she couldn’t find any quality flavors or products to bake with herself. “Recognizing the need for high-quality, allergen-friendly chocolate options, I focused on creating products that are not only safe for those with dietary restrictions but also align with vegan values,” Chef Andrea says. Using 70% dark chocolate, free from dairy, gluten, soy, and preservatives, she aimed to create a chocolate experience that is indulgent, inclusive, and responsible. “This journey reflects my dedication to combining culinary artistry with a vision for a more compassionate and sustainable world of confectionery.”
